We work under the International Sports Organization the International Functional Fitness Federation (IF3) to develop Functional Fitness into an internationally recognized sport.
Whether you’re an Athlete, Gym owner or a Brand - the Canadian Functional Fitness Federation is here to serve you. We’re not trying to compete with CrossFit, Hyrox, or obstacle racing - we’re here to create the consistent foundation of movement standards, judges, and coaches for all variations of Functional Fitness to grow from.

The first step is to create a profile in our system. Once you’ve done that you can purchase an athlete or club membership, submit your club events to our community competitions page, or begin your journey to becoming a Technical Official!
Registering as a Functional Fitness athlete costs $20 / year and is required to compete in all CFFF and IF3 sanctioned events.
Club registration costs $100 per year. This lists your club on our website and provides various benefits, while also helping to grow and legitimize the sport.
