As a nonprofit organization, the Canadian Functional Fitness Federation is powered entirely by passionate volunteers who believe in the future of our sport. Our team is made up of individuals who care deeply about growing Functional Fitness in a way that benefits athletes across the country.
We rely on community support to make these events happen—from setup to scorekeeping and everything in between. If you’re available to help at either our East or West National Championship event, we’d love to have you on board.

You can view the list of roles we need to fill for our upcoming 2025 Canadian National Championships events. When applying to volunteer you may select a role if you have a preference, otherwise a role will be assigned based on your FF experience.

Becoming a CFFF Brand Partner gives you early access to participate in all CFFF-sanctioned and supported events. Event Participation Fees
We’ve designed our event participation model to be flexible and inclusive for businesses of all sizes. As a nonprofit, we don’t charge traditional booth fees—instead, we invite contributions in the form of:
Donations to the CFFF (suggested range: $100–$500 based on your business size)
In-kind support such as product samples, services, or athlete-exclusive perks at the event
% of event revenue: If you’re retailing product at our event, we accept a donation based on a % of your sales

Become a Certified Technical Official
Want to play a key role in elevating the standard of competition in Canada? Our sport depends on knowledgeable, fair, and consistent judges to uphold the integrity of every event. If you're passionate about Functional Fitness and want to get more involved, becoming a certified Technical Official is one of the most impactful ways to contribute.
The only way to achieve Technical Official level 3 is by being reviewed at CFFF Sanctioned or run events - so this is your chance! Read more about our technical official training process.
